• All cows are female. Male cattle are called bulls.
• A cow udder holds between 25 and 50 pounds of milk.
• A cow must have a baby before she can produce milk.
• A cow spends up to 8 hours a day eating, chews at
  least 50 times per minute and has a total of 32
  teeth.
• Cows do not sweat and prefer to live in cool,
  shaded areas. To help stay cool they also drink lots
  of water, approximately a bathtub full every day.
